About Us
- About Us: Dynaco Inc., is a mix of restaurants and service companies working in unison to give our customer the best in qulality foods at affordable prices. Dynaco is a thriving business with a humble beginning. Starting in 1978 with a 3,000 foot warehouse and one twenty foot truck, Dynaco has grown into a multimillion dollar business. Our foodservice, meat plant, and equipment divisions service all our facilities in California and the Western United States. The food service division offers direct food distribution to locations with needed supplies at a cost effedtive price. There are regularly scheduled shipments by our truck fleet for direct delivery to stores. Dynaco Meats has been producing quality meat products since 1972. Our experienced buyers purchase premium quality mests, which furnish the highest quality at great prices. Dynaco Equipment works with all stores on the purchase of supplies and equipment. They purchase direct from manufacturers, to provide the stores with the equipment they need at very advantagious prices. With restaurants, foodservice, a meat plant and equipment company under the Dynaco Food concepts flag, we gave become a mojor player on the West Coast.

- Our philosopy / concept: Dynaco Food Concepts currently franchises four food concepts, Cool Hand Lukes Steahouse and Saloon, Perkos's Cafe & Grill, Yukon Jack's Log Cabin Dining, and Huckleberrys-'It's basically California cooking with a Cajun flair,' Perko's Cafe & Girll in an upscale breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant has been an important part of the Dynaco story with locations throughout California. The first Cool Hand Lukes Steakhouse & Saloon opened in Clovis, CA., in 2004. The theme of the restaurant is set back in time, with a taste of the Old Wild West. The menu features steaks, ribs, chicken, seafood, prime rib and a full service bar and wine list. We now have locations from Redding to Santa Maria and numerous future locations opening throughout California, Idaho and other states and foreign countries. The first Yukon Jack's Log Cabin Dining opened in 2007 in Fresno, California. Yukon Jack's offers a welcoming "down home" feel while providing a warm hospitality, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our menu includes dishes and flavors that were inspired right out of the Great Nothwest Territory. Breakfast at Yukon Jack's includes original items like our Maple Praline French Toast, Yukon Gold Potato Pancakes, and scratch made Corned beef Hash. Our lunch and dinner menu offers a variety of specialty hand carved deli sandwiches, Yukon sized burgers an a premium selection of steaks, roasts, ribs, poultry and seafood. Our guest also enjoy an assortment of libations from our beer and wine list and then it's finsished off with one of our sweet bountiful desserts! The first Huckleberry's opened in 2007 in Exeter, California. Huckleberry's serves the best breakfast and lunch this side of the old Mississippi-aaaaiiiieeee! It California cookin' with cajon flair. Breakfast items like southern quiche, banana's foster waffle, huge breakfast platters and 4 egg omelete' served with country red potatoes., for lunch they're servin' up double stack burger's, oven fired sandwiches, with wedge cut or sweet potato fries. Salads like the blue bayou wedge, and specialty items such as Cajun catfish and mushroom smothered skirt steak are just a few of the highlights. You gonna love dis place!!

How did the Cajun event go? Sorry we missed it. We have good friends in Fairfield who would have loved to attend!!
Hahahahah, by no means. But I do enjoy cajun cuisine very much. Four years ago while attending a tradeshow in New Orleans, I was very pleased by the food anywhere we dined from TGIG to the hotel fine dining restaurant was prepared with actual care....lol!
And also, a fine steak, leaner the better excites my palette as well. But as you can see our company deals in mainly the demographics of "joe six pack!" Good ole boys and family! But we love the green they spend and there is a great need for this type of dining with quality.
I prefer unique and new establishments, but I'm not an elitist by any means! Any chef daring enough to take on my palette, I'll give them a try. And you?
