No problem , I would love to tell you anything you want to know if I dont know maybe I can tell you whaere to look . The most important thing to realize is it doesn t happen overnight . You star off with one or to organic or natural or free range products , and you do the research and actually read the label . Also just put a little thought into what you re actually buying. And just build from there. Also if you want to know why free range beef and stuff are the way to go watch www.themeatrix.com it will change your life . jbt
