About me:
I grew up playing guitar. That was my first love. But I also spent a lot of time in Mom's kitchen learning to cook. My second love. Music and Food. Two fo my favorite things. Then some friends and I started a magazine as a scam to get free lift tickets at Boreal, a Tahoe resort where jibbing started. We were poor skater/musicians who snowboarded a few times a year, and loved it. It was a way to snowboard for free. From there, I was bitten by the publishing bug and did it for 10 years, even publishing the magazine on UseNet, and eventually, the World Wide Web. I eventually burned out. After years of being in and out of working in restaurants (disher, busser, server, maintainence), I wanted back in and found myself as a pantry cook at a very busy restaurant. I got my ass kicked pretty good, but held it down. It was there that this idea for biteclub was born. And here we are.
Hi Sonny! I miss ya'll up in sac.... but I must say there sure is a lot of good food down here in Scottsdale. I will be back for our second opening by April. Kitchen 2 ended up being kitchen 1.
There is this mean door at my work that keeps hitting me in the butt. Since you are the door buster I'd appreciate it if you put it in its place. Thanks.
i would ask if you had a good time last night, but i think i figured out that answer on my own!
xoxo

Thanks for the tix to the G-O for Social Nightclub. The 16 of us who attended had a great time breaking that venue in a bit. Talk to you Sunday. ~E

Keep riding that bike!
Congratulations, you are on the guest list for UniteSF at Vessel! Looking forward to meeting you there, and spread the word to all your service industry friends.
thanks for rocking the tasting at Farallon! Anytime you want to do some fun promo stuff let me know.
Got a tentative connection. In the know, but not yet "in." So...what's up?
WIsh you could've joined us. 37 people showed up, then we migrated over to Hurley's. I have plenty of great pics for the night, but the site won't allow me to post them even thought they are Jpegs. Cheers. ~ E
Your comment is too kind. It is always a joy to see you in the house.
Yeah and it's McCormick's so you know the quality and freshness of those oysters was top shelf! Hey, thanks for the comment, and hopefully we will cross paths during the concert in the park. Cheers ~ E
yeah, what the hell have i been doing? why did it take so long for me to write the second part!? i must have been caught up working with Awesome people on Awesome projects! shit yeah!
Actually, a friend of mine who lives in Park Slope went there and raved about it for a straight month, saying it could kick my local Italian joint to the curb without breaking a sweat. I haven't been there yet, seeing as Park Slope is so far away. I live right over the Bklyn border in Queens, and I work in N. Wiliamsburg so although I spend a LOT of time there, I don't go too deep into Brooklyn very often. I will definitely check it out when I get back from DC at the end of the month, now that it's been seconded!
Haha good stuff. I hope we don't match in the office one day. You would put me to shame. Big ups.
I go to Zen a couple times a month. :) I love living 2 blocks from a good sushi bar! I'm kinda new to downtown... have any good recomendations for other sushi places? I like more traditional places than Americanized.
left shoulder blade-ish.
It would be gRaNd if you could! :.)
If you can't this time then next time.
Yes, I love Cake, they rule!!!...and Poutine.
Mmm Poutine with a smooth demi gravy, shredded chicken & smoked gouda.
"A traditional favorite in Newark"-- BWAHAHA!
So how did it go?!
We would love to get some restuarants on board in Norcal. You know any that would be interested? :)

bitterness averted!
Hey Sonny! Long time no speakey.
I'm at Whole Foods now. Quite a challenge. Do you know anyone with great talent looking to work in a new kitchen? No pains-in-the-a**es though, I already have a few of those ; )
Sonny,
Thanks for extending the invite to join biteclub. Looking forward to making connections with business owners and service providers. Thanks again, Tonya
Thanks for giving me a couple of minutes of talk time last night at 6/9. I'm really glad that I got that email from my radio station manager Rob about Biteclub. It's a great site.

Bite Club Norcal Party?
Good Times, Sonny, we will see you up in Sac on 6/9.... banners look great by the way!!!
Have I had your Paella? If not, come down to BC SoCal and cook up some! I can taste it now.
Right on. Did you like the beer? Hanky told me about the fish and chips...ill remember to steer clear of that place.
I won't be at the SW Expo, but we are looking to send someone. You'll be there? I hope you can join us in SLO, it's going to be great!
Sonny- thanks for the update on your Launch Parties.... San Luis- i will definitely try- Cinco de Mayo festivities are going to be crazy as it is... if I dont make San Luis, i will see you in Sac and SF... Are you going to the Southwest Tradeshow Expo in June?
Good Morning Sonny,
The day we met you mentioned upcoming Biteclub launch parties- that you were going to have one in San Francisco on 4/20? I combed through your events and did not see a post....Is this still happening on Sunday in SF??? If so, time and place, Mistie and I would like to attend. Thank you, talk with you soon!!!
Hey Sonny! Thanks 4 the comment!
Yes, I hope to make many connections and learn about the american style of eat and drink ;-) Thanks to check our Table-booking.com! You are right, we are offering a lot of features, and you had an overview, you will need to check the online management system for restaurants! is amazing...and you know waht? Is all FOR FREE! yes, no monthly fees, no licenses, is like, pay as u go... ;-) You receive online bookings, you pay a very small fee... I think the product which now is ready to use (launched in Dubai last November, now Germany, Spain, etc...) will have a great acceptance in the US, where you can find only one reservation system (not web 2.0, not free, ) which is managing the whole market in there since years. What do u think? Until summer we will change the "external image" and design...since more than 3 years ago we worked to develop the internal system.
You know what, I´m also play guitar, and I was living for many years in Spain, paella is very familiar for me ;-) I was also living in NYC years ago...
best regards! have a nice weekend!
Ramiro
Thanks for the "welcome e-mail"! Im happy to be a part of this network!
Best regards!

Dude, you need more Asian chicks on your page.
Abe has good advice. Learned that in 2000. Heed it.
They raised the primary spirit from one ounce to 1.5 ounces this year, but then they lowered to total amount of liquor in a drink to 2.5 ounces from 3 ounces. The key to cop'n a buzz in Utah is planning a head, home brew, and "private parties". A Private Party is where you sell the booze to the host of the party before the event, take donations at the door to cover the cost of the beverages and then you can free pour all night.
