I'm hoping all you biters out there can help me out.  I have a question that no one seems able to answer...so I thought I would turn to the industry experts, the biteclub folks!

Is there a sushi restaraunt in the Sacramento area that serves FRESH fish? I'm looking for a first class joint that flies in fresh fish daily and doesn't serve anything that was once frozen only to be thawed out prior to serving. 

I've asked around and no one knows of a local restaurant offering high quality fresh sushi.  I refuse to believe this doesn't exist in Sacramento.

There are some great sushi restaurants around town and ones that I enjoy.  But every once in a while I want fresh fish thats not drenched in some mayo-based sauce.

So whose flyin the fish in?
