Recent in the weeds story: My boos tol,d me he was going to marinade the meat for my station and I came in the next day and low and behold my meat was nowhere to be found. So I was behind all day not to mention my beef tasted just okay not like it should have been.
What makes a good chef: Being able to think outside the box a little bit while at the same time keeping that old school rustic feel in your cooking I think.
What I eat at home: Chicken, Fish, lots of Vegtables.
Food philosophy: You have to try everything once!
Wine recommendation: Not old enough to drink it........White Zinfandel!
My biggest responsibilities to the public: Making sure the food I give them was cooked and as well excecuted as the best that I possibly could have.

Most memorable career experience: Having a man come up to me and give me the greatest compliment I have ever herd.
