My boos tol,d me he was going to marinade the meat for my station and I came in the next day and low and behold my meat was nowhere to be found. So I was behind all day not to mention my beef tasted just okay not like it should have been.

Being able to think outside the box a little bit while at the same time keeping that old school rustic feel in your cooking I think.
